My story
In my twenties and early thirties, I’ll be honest — my health wasn’t really on my radar. I was a married busy mum of two, and we had just relocated from the UK to Australia. Life was full of excitement and possibility. We were settling into our new home, building a future, and living the dream we had worked so hard for.
Then, one Saturday morning, everything changed. My husband — just 45 years old — collapsed and passed away. My world fell apart. He had a hereditary heart condition, but I later learned that lifestyle choices had also played a part in his health.
In the middle of heartbreak, I was left wondering how to carry on, how to raise my children, and how to face the future. What I did know was that I wanted to understand more about how our lifestyle impacts our health — and how we can take steps to protect ourselves and the people we love.
That decision led me back to study: a Health Science degree, a Master in Lifestyle Medicine, and becoming a certified Health Coach. Along the way, I also studied psychology and counselling, menopause, nutrition, and sleep — all the pieces that shape how we feel and live each day.
Now, I bring that knowledge and experience together to support women in midlife. This stage can feel overwhelming, but it’s also a powerful opportunity to reset. My mission is to help you become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself — to feel good now, and to prevent illness before it’s too late.
